This Makeup Lesson is for everyone who wants to approach the art of their makeup more professionally. I will show you my special supplies, tricks, how to avoid beginner mistakes, and how your makeup affects the soul of your Comedic Character.
Usually, comedic performers do their own makeup. Unfortunately, the knowledge from makeup artists about their profession is absolutely limited.
Performers wind up doing their makeup intuitively and sometimes have success.
But more often the makeup does not bring out the intended character and is not as effective as it could be.
1. I want you to use your makeup deliberately.
I will do this process with you, step-by-step in a live Zoom meeting.
2. I will demonstrate the most important part of clown makeup - the BASE.
Just as the strength of a building starts from the foundation—the character of a Clown emerges from the BASE.
3. To find your personal Clown MakeUp, you will need to study your character in detail and find their personality.
In this live, 90-minute Zoom Lesson, along with makeup instruction, I'll share my personal tips for how to find your clown Character.
